Data Security Details
Facility
Illumaware Evokat™ is behind a state-of-the-art firewall. Our servers are housed in a twenty-one million dollar facility that is virtually impervious to burglars, terrorists, and even Mother Nature. Daily offsite backups ensure that your data can be restored in any event.
Database
Each Illumaware customer’s data lives in a separate Evokat™ database, accessible only by that customer and Illumaware personnel. There is no chance of data contamination between Illumaware customers.
Connection
Customer connections to Illumaware Evokat™ are 100% 128-bit SSL connections, ensuring that no internet traffic can be intercepted and/or deciphered.
